A Legal 500 firm are currently recruiting for a Knowledge Lawyer to support their Commercial Real Estate department in Guildford. This leading firm deal with high quality work and are well ranked in legal directories.
The Real Estate department deals with corporate support, development, property investment, environment, litigation, construction and finance work. They have a wealth of experience and have some of the most highly regarded lawyers in the South-East working there. The firm works for HNW individuals, banks, blue chip companies, entrepreneurs and SME’s.
The Professional Support Lawyer will work across the Real Estate team, drafting precedents, updating the firms knowledge portal, conducting research in niche areas and ensuring that the team are up to date with relevant developments in this area of law. You will also play a significant role in marketing and business development. This is an interesting position for an experienced Real Estate lawyer who wants to take a step back from fee earning but still be exposed to high calibre work.
To be considered for this role you must have strong academics and be an excellent technical Commercial Real Estate practitioner with a background at a leading firm. It is envisaged that you will have over 5 years' PQE but applications are encouraged from all candidates who meet the above criteria.
