This is a very progressive opportunity in a dynamic and forward-thinking Legal 500 leading firm. They have attracted a number of heavy hitting Partners from Top 200 UK and leading Legal 500 firms across multiple offices, which is a testament to the quality of this practice.

Through further growth, the firm are now seeking a Senior Contentious Probate Solicitor to work alongside the Partners, in their London office.

In order to expand further, they are now seeking experienced and ambitious Solicitors to join them in this exciting period of growth where you will be offered outstanding progression prospects a competitive salary and attractive benefits package.

This firm are seeing substantial growth which has resulted in them acquiring more space to facilitate further development across their offices. They have an outstanding reputation nationwide; they invest heavily in their staff and they impressively have many Lawyers recommended in the Legal 500 and Chambers guide giving you the opportunity to work with a very high-profile senior management team.

The firm are known nationally and internationally for their extensive network of ultra HNW individuals and privately and publicly owned businesses. The practice is multi-service and are highly regarded in a majority of their chosen fields, they attract clients from a wide variety of business sectors which makes for a varied and exciting role.

The role

The firm are seeking to hire a significantly experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor into their London office.

The client base includes lots of HNW individuals, many of which have complex asset structures domestically and offshore. Contentious Probate is now the largest team at the firm and is showing continuous rapid growth. You will be at the forefront of this exciting department, working alongside highly-reputable Partners, dealing with a high-quality caseload of Inheritance disputes including; applications contesting validity of wills, to remove Executors, claims for reasonable financial provision, rectification of wills and breach of trust claims.

Requirements and Benefits

  • You will be an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor with over ten years PQE
  • If you are ACTAPS qualified this would be advantageous
  • You should have strong and proven business development acumen
  • Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience
