The Role

They are seeking to hire an experienced Residential Property Solicitor 5 years+ PQE to join their growing team, based in the Wet End of London.

Conveyancing is what this business was built on and continues to be their bread-and-butter legal service. Their current residential property team consists of 5 partners, 7 fee earners and excellent support staff who consistently assist the property team.

You will be responsible for driving the business forward, building on your existing clients, whilst working on their in-house caseload. You will be entrepreneurial in your approach to continue maximising business opportunities. They are continually looking at social media and other avenues to expand their clientele which consists predominantly of local and HNW individuals, with a number of UHNW clients.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 5 years+ PQE (there is no upper limit to the level of experience)
• You will be keen to continue developing business and introducing new clients to the firm
• A meticulous eye for detail
• You will have a strong collaborative approach to working
• You will possess a passion for working in conveyancing
• You will be an ambitious individual who wants to progress in their career

Remuneration

• Salary extremely competitive dependant on experience
