Practice Manager – International Firm

We have just received a brand-new vacancy with a leading international law firm who are looking for a Practice Manager for their distinguished Finance department.

The firm are based in Central London and are widely recognised as one of the leading law firms in the UK both in terms of size and revenue. They are on the lookout for a Practice Manager to help supervise a small team of paralegals as well as manage a small portfolio of their own transactions.

As the Practice Manager you will be responsible for supervising the paralegals in the finance department with their provision of transactional support to the fee-earners in the team. This will involve assisting with transactional document management and carrying out legal research amongst other tasks. You will also have the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of smaller transactions.

The successful Practice Manager must have solid experience working as part of a banking or finance department at another law firm. This role could ideally suit an experienced Finance Paralegal looking to add a managerial element to their role as well as the chance to manage their own transactions.
