Job Details
Brand new role within a newly established but integral legal team, working for a highly acquisitive and ambitious company based in Cheshire.
Reporting to the Director of Legal, but having access to all key stakeholders, this is a role which is likely to suit someone with a little PQE or exposure to drafting, amending and negotiating commercial agreements, who is looking to make their first move In-house.
It's a highly varied role within a fluid department and you can expect the role will grow along with the business, offering the successful candidate more responsibility development opportunities and strategic input with their growth. The ultimate aim of the group is to list in time, but there is a tangible and already active acquisition programme to complete initially, which will ensure the group has a rounded offering to both B2B's and B2C's
The offices are based in Warrington but there is scope to work a couple of days remotely. Package will be competitive and commensurate with experience and market rate for someone with 0-3 years PQE in commercial.
