The Firm

The Role

The firm has achieved year on year growth for the first 6 years and have an ambitious growth strategy. As a result, they are looking for a Corporate Solicitor with 5-8 PQE to join its team in Sheffield.

This role would suit an entrepreneurial and driven solicitor who wants to be a member of a relaxed but professional team and has the drive to really build their career.

You will work with businesses from SMEs up to a multi-national companies, with a particular focus on matters including but not limited to; Private Equity, M&A's, Equity and Venture Capital Transactions. This role would particularly suit someone with strong experience with VC and Private Equity work as this will largely be your focus.

From your first day, you will have responsibility for your own caseload whilst also supporting Partners in the team. You will also be actively supported to further develop in your career.

Moving forwards this role has excellent career prospects as you will be joining a firm who are really on an upward trend.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 5-8 years PQE
• You will have had a particular focus on Venture Capital & Private Equity
• Able to work independently but also be a team player
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
• Entrepreneurial flair and strong commercial acumen
