This opportunity is for an Associate looking to develop their knowledge and experience in a leading Real Estate practice in Sheffield.

The Role

This Top 50 firm are looking for a Real Estate Solicitor to join them in their Legal 500 and Chambers ranked department within their Sheffield office.

You will work as part of a highly ranked Legal 500 team. The team and wider firm is renowned for the work that they undertake in the real estate space. You will therefore have exposure to high value work from a top tier client base and support from Legal 500 ranked Partners.

Whilst you will be based in Sheffield, you would have access to the same quality and level of work as those lawyers sat in London - they work as one collegiate team across all offices.

The real estate team advises on all aspects of the commercial property life-cycle, from acquisition and development through to asset management and disposal - and all in between. They have a broad spectrum of clients including developers, investors, retailers, lending institutions, registered providers, local authorities, charities, healthcare organisations and business occupiers.

Acting for household name clients, this role will give you the opportunity to run with smaller matters on your own as well as work closely alongside Partners in the national team on a larger scale.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with 4-6 years PQE
• You will have experience in a hands-on role, with good client contact
• You will possess strong technical knowledge and have a meticulous eye for detail
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
