Residential Conveyancer - Telford

We are working with this leading Shropshire based firm who are looking for experienced residential conveyancers to join their Telford and Shrewsbury based offices.

There is a real mix of residential property work of all values. Your caseload will consist of:

• Conveyancing - sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold
• Complex land law issues
• Land and tenant matters
• First registrations
• Re-mortgages

On offer is a good market rate package (DOE) and the chance to work for a collegiate and well regarded teams across Shropshire and the Midlands.
