My client is a leading, full service national firm that seek to appoint a Commercial Associate to their Commercial Services Team.  With a strong national presence, this firm benefits from a strong reputation across government agencies, public sector bodies and PLCs.  Their Birmingham office is centrally located with good transport links and parking nearby.

The chosen Commercial Contracts Associate will be joining a thriving, cohesive team, involved in a wide variety of non-contentious commercial, technology and data work.  The caseload will consist of drafting and negtiating commercial agreements, providing initial advice on privacy and data issues, competition law, e-commerce and other web based issues, and consumer rights legislation; and, providing transactional corporate support.  Ideally, you'll hold at least 3 years PQE.

The candidate should have an excellent academic profile, be hard-working, out-going and a good team player with experience of working in a city or medium/large regional firm. Holding a willingness to present to clients and contacts on key legal issues is a must and business development initiatives will form a significant part of this role.
