Job Details
Our client, a rapidly expanding sports data company which has just listed on the New York Stock Exchange, is seeking a U.S. Corporate Securities lawyer. The position has flexible remote working arrangements, but you will be required to go into the London office occasionally.
The role will require the successful candidate to cover U.S. securities filings owing to the company’s recent listing on the NYSE, as well as other miscellaneous corporate compliance work. This role sits within a relatively lean team, and therefore, the successful candidate will engage in a broad variety of corporate and governance matters. This is a position within a dynamic organisation which has a culture that places great emphasis on individual professional development.
The ideal candidate is a US-qualified solicitor with circa. 2-4 years of experience in handling US securities filings.
