Corporate Law Solicitor NQ - 3yrs

New vacancy that has just been announced with one of the UK’s leading regional law practices, for their impressive and growing Oxford offices.

This is an opportunity to join a firm that is very much on the front foot, with a strong and burgeoning reputation and an excellent range of both national and international clients.

Their national Corporate practice offers diverse and challenging work and this is an exciting time to be joining the team as they are having a phenomenal 2021 and there is a strong pipeline of work, including from a number of exciting and dynamic new clients.

They are looking to appoint an ambitious junior level Corporate Solicitor at the NQ – 3yrs level, able to offer private M&A and general company law experience. Some experience in areas such as company restructurings, working with start-up’s, and private equity work is also going to be an advantage (but isn’t essential, especially at the NQ level). The team works together as a national practice so you will have the opportunity to work with a number of Partners and across a wide range of work, but always as part of a small, close-knit team based in their Oxford offices.

This is a key appointment for the team, and they are looking for the perfect next addition to the team and hopefully someone who is going to become a star in their own right in the next few years.
