The role:
Exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious Employment Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE to join a leading practice in the Thames Valley, based in Reading.
You will take on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employers and employees including dismissals, terminations, discrimination, tribunal representation, redundancies and restructuring.
The practice has a wide range of clients ranging from small start-ups to large national corporations, as well as PLCs, making for a varied and interesting workload.
They are looking for someone with the dynamism, drive and commitment to contribute to the continued success of the practice.
Requirements:
- Employment Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE
- Training and experience in a quality employment practice
- Advanced communication skills and desire to get involved with business development
