Real Estate Tax (3-5)

We are working closely with an international law firm client, home to a highly developed real estate group in London and complimentary tax practice. 

Acting for banks, developers, investors, private clients with real estate assets, funds (including sovereign wealth funds), corporate occupiers, hotels, student accommodation providers and government agencies the team advises on a range of property acquisitions, developments, leasing and holding structures, investments for residents and non-residents, funds, joint ventures, property company takeovers, listings and M&A.

In response to consistent deal flow they now seek to add an accomplished UK qualified real estate tax specialist to the team, ideally with between 3-5 years pqe (although other levels of qualification may also be considered depending on experience). Technically strong with excellent communication skills, it is expected that the ideal candidate will hail from a leading City/international practice and possess a superb academic pedigree.
