Location: Canwell, Sutton Coldfield and Birmingham City Centre

Full Time – Permanent, Part time can be considered

Due to continued growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercial lawyer to join the in-house legal team at Pegasus Group, a leading independent development consultancy specialising in Planning, Design, Environment, Economics, Heritage, Transport, Property and Infrastructure with 16 offices across the UK.

The role can be worked in accordance with our agile working practises, but will based from our Canwell office near Sutton Coldfield. Some travel to our Birmingham city centre office and other regional offices may be required.

What we are looking for:

With at least 2 years post-qualification experience you will have a good working knowledge of contract law and will possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills with an ability to advise on contract status and legal risks and liabilities.

You will have a 'can do' attitude and will be effective at managing a varying and diverse workload always with a high level of accuracy.
