The Role:
Due to consistent growth, the firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their high performing Commercial team in Manchester.
You will have hands-on involvement in engaging and complex work that will offer both challenge and reward in equal measure. You will take on a varied caseload of commercial contracts, IT (SaaS, licensing, services), and DP whilst taking the lead on key projects for some of the largest businesses in the UK and beyond.
Sitting as a senior member of the team, you will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and delegating work. This will allow you to hone your leadership skills and project management capabilities, setting you up nicely as you progress into Partnership.
In terms of progression, this is something the firm is well-known for. Primarily, their Partners have joined the firm as Associates and travelled up the clear, consistent, and achievable pathway to Partnership.

Requirements:
- You will be a Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE
- Have experience across commercial contracts, IT, and data protection
- Comfortable dealing with high-level clients
- Able to collaborate in a close-knit team environment
- You will be starting to develop your contacts and ideally be strengthening in a particular niche/specialism
