They are looking to recruit a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their impressive team.

The Role
This practice is looking to grow with the addition of a Company Commercial Solicitor to join their growing offering based in Horsham.
In this role you will be working alongside leading company commercial lawyers outside of London. This department attracts fee-earners from leading Top 200 / L500 backgrounds due to the quality of work they can offer coupled with the work-life balance that they promote.
You will be working with a mixture of regional, national and international clients spanning various sectors. This department offer the following: -
- M&A work
- Joint ventures
- Shareholder agreements
- Commercial contracts
Requirements:
- You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor 5+ years PQE
- You will work well in a team
- You will be client care focused and driven
