Job Details
Elite US firm is currently seeking tallented / ambituious associates with 4-6 years post-qualification experience to join its expanding finance practice in Hong Kong.
Applicants should be US, UK or HK qualified, with extensive experience representing private equity funds and other sophisticated investors in leveraged buyouts, direct lending transactions, refinancings and distressed lending transactions. Furthermore, it is important that candidates possess excellent academics, top-tier law firm experience, and a commitment to developing their career in Hong Kong. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a definite plus, but not absolutely essential.
A full New York weighted package is offered to the successful applicants while responsibility and career progression is activley supported by the hands on partnership team.
