Job Details
We are currently seeking a junior corporate lawyer for a front office/business position within the escrow services team of a European financial services organisation. The role will require you to split your time between transaction management, legal documentation and business development and will enable you to see the transaction through from onboarding to execution. The application of the team’s services is mostly used for corporate transactions but can be very broad across financing and litigation also. Although this is a front office sales role rather than legal support, the whole team are lawyers, you will be liaising with private practice lawyers and using your legal skills constantly.
For this position, you need to be a transactional lawyer, although no specific escrow experience is required. You will be well remunerated and will be working with a friendly, fun and very clever team where the culture makes it a great working environment.
