Our client is a leading global light in the digital entertainment space. It develops, publishes and distributes highly engaging mobile games to a worldwide audience. It has a well-recognised portfolio and a number of strategic business acquisitions have hugely enhanced its position on the world stage. We are looking for a new Legal Counsel with Commercial/IT/IP experience to join the legal team, based in Central London.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for a broad commercial remit as a trusted advisor to the business. You will work on a wide range of diverse and interesting commercial contracts and other business issues.

We are looking for commercial lawyers with a minimum of 2 years' PQE and up to c. 5PQE. You may be working in a Commercial TMT private practice team or in-house in a similar space: internet, tech, media, content, digital businesses are all relevant. In either case, there are great career development opportunities with this role.

Culturally, this is a fast-moving and dynamic company and the legal team is of an excellent calibre. They are enthusiastic about engaging their stakeholders by not being overly "legalistic" or pedantic etc. The work/life balance is very good and 2 days WFH are guaranteed. For the rest of the time you will be based out of their beautiful and creative office HQ in Central London, which is a wonderful place to work.
