Conveyancer - Cambridge - Competitive Salary + Benefits
Our client, a growing Times Top 100 Best Companies employer with offices nationwide, are currently looking for a Conveyancer to join their team based in Cambridge.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and work with highly experienced specialists. For the right candidate, this is a chance to gain knowledge and experience, working for a diverse range of excellent clients as well as having the necessary support in a friendly environment.
You will be expected to advise on a wide range of issues, with work including sales and purchase, lease extensions, remortgages, buy to let, shared ownership and new builds.
The successful candidate will have good IT and drafting skills as well as having excellent communication skills with both clients and other professionals.
You will also have the opportunity to get actively involved in business development in the local marketplace.
