Job Details
Banking department at this commercial law firm in Leeds is looking to recruit a Banking lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE. The team possesses an enviable list of clients and they regularly advise high profile clients, consisting of UK and global financial institutions, private equity houses, funds and corporates on complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Types of work the team undertakes include corporate/leverage finance, real estate finance, project finance and debt capital markets. The team requires an Associate to support a broad range of banking transactions across corporate/leverage, real estate finance and project finance. The candidate will therefore gain experience of working with private equity sponsors, corporates, banks and funds. Candidates will currently specialise in Banking and/or some type of Finance law.
