Job Details
Large, international commercial law firm in London is seeking to recruit an Asset Finance lawyer of 0 to 2 years’ PQE. The team has a reputation for undertaking complex domestic and cross-border asset financings and advises clients on all major classes of asset and type of structure. As a core focus for their practice, they combine strong financing experience with an in-depth knowledge of the transport sector, delivering a bespoke service to shipping, aviation and rail clients both domestically and internationally.
The successful candidate will work across a range of transactions including: • cross-border leasing • Export Credit Agency supported financing • procurement • structured asset and debt financing • structured and operating leasing • security arrangements • transaction structuring
Not only are they happy to consider candidates with experience from any of the asset classes they can also offer the successful candidate the opportunity for involvement in other types of asset class, in addition to the ones highlighted above. If you are already qualified, you will currently specialise in some type of Asset Finance (though clearly any experience of Shipping Finance, Aviation Finance and/or Rail Finance is going to be particularly of interest). If you are newly-qualified, you will have undertaken a seat in Banking and/or Asset Finance law.
