Job Details
Corporate practice based within this commercial law firm based offshore in Jersey is looking to recruit a Corporate lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE. The Corporate practice is the cornerstone of their legal services offering. Becoming part of the team would offer you the opportunity to advise on some of the most cutting-edge work taking place in the offshore world from within a flexible and supportive team environment. The team covers a broad range of Corporate matters including creating new structures for commercial growth, advising on public and private mergers and acquisitions and completing exchange-based listings, as well as advising boards and shareholders. The size of the Corporate team enables them to deal with matters of varying size and provide focused advice directly to their clients or act in partnership with onshore advisers on complex international transactions. Applications are welcome from candidates working in the UK, Canadian, Australian, South African and New Zealand jurisdictions, in addition to applications from those already working offshore.
