Job Details
Well-regarded private practice law firm in the Channel Islands is seeking to recruit a Private Client lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE to their Guernsey office. The team represents professional trustees, private individuals and families, banks, financial institutions and charities from all over the world. From within a flexible and supportive team environment, their lawyers work across a range of structures including private, corporate, charitable, purpose and commercial trusts, foundations, partnerships and companies. In addition to managing Private Wealth through Trusts, you will also advise on Wills, Estate Planning and Probate. Applications are welcome from candidates working in the UK, Canadian, Australian, South African and New Zealand jurisdictions, in addition to applications from those already working offshore.
