Commercial Lawyer/Deputy General Counsel

I am working with a well established fintech company that is looking to add to its legal team in London.  The company has been in growth mode in recent years and this role is a result of that growth.  You will be joining a team of 3 other lawyers and support the Head of Legal as her second in charge.
 
The role will be varied and you will be involved in anything that relates to the business including M&A, corporate advisory, IP, commercial contracts, real estate and employment.  You will be able to instruct external counsel where necessary and be expected to manage those relationships.  The role is best suited to lawyers with 5+ years PQE with a background in either corporate or broader commercial law.
