A national legal 500 commercial firm with a national presence and reputation is looking to add to their team with the recruitment of a corporate layer to their team. 

The successful candidate will be a corporate lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE in dealing with corporate law matters within a city, national of large regional practice. The team deal with a broad range corporate matters including things such as mergers & acquisitions, takeovers, restructuring corporate finance, joint ventures, IPOs. The clients include many household names and major businesses and the commercial quality of the work is amongst the highest in the area and they regularly deal with big ticket work across their network of offices which spread nationally. 

This role may suit either a Cambridgeshire based lawyer looking to make the step up in terms of firms that are perhaps not envisaging progression prospects at their current firm. Or alternatively, the role may be suitable for London based Lawyers based or interested in relocating to Cambridge but who do not want to take a step back in terms  of commercial work quality. The firm is nationally recognised as a leading commercial firm and the quality of work will be exceptional.
