The Role:

The firm is now looking for a Senior Associate to join its award-winning, Legal 500 ranked Employment team.

You will handle a varied and engaging caseload of contentious & non-contentious Employment matters. You will primarily focus on the public sector, but you will have the opportunity to take on some private sector work too.

As a senior team member, you will work closely with the Partners to help the team achieve their strategic goals through business development and mentoring and supervising junior lawyers. The role comes with clear scope for progression to partnership and the opportunity to build a team around you.

Requirements:

  • You will be an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
  • Have gained experience across contentious & non-contentious Employment matters
  • Exposure to public sector clients would be advantageous but not essential
  • Keen to raise your profile in the market through business development
  • Comfortable mentoring and supervising junior team members and delegating work
