Job Details
Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking a junior Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ-1PQE) to join their team in Birmingham.
The team have a wealth of experience in acting on domestic and cross-border, high value Litigation, Arbitration and Risk Management matters for a range of multinational Global 1000 and Fortune 500 entities across a variety of industries, as well as emerging companies, public sector and governmental bodies. Cases include contract disputes, IT and telecoms disputes, outsourcing disputes, asset recovery, and procurement and judicial review issues.
To be considered for this role you will need to have completed a seat in Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution, or have up to 1 years' post-qualification experience. Candidates will be expected to have a commitment to technical excellence, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and effectively within an international team.
