Structured Finance/Securitisation Lawyer - Global Financial Institution - Contract
The Client
Our client is a leading financial institution who are seeking a structured finance and securitisation lawyer with asset based securities experience to help with an influx of work in the legal team. This is an interim role, due to last an initial six monthe, however there is scope for this to be extended depending on the institution's business needs in 2022.
About You
- You should be a UK qualified lawyer with 5+ years PQE, having trained at a top law firm;
- You must have experience dealing with structured finance/securitisation transactions, ideally pertaining to asset-backed securities;
- You must be available to start within 2-4 weeks.
