About Us

This highly respected events business is a leader in its field and now has a need for an employment lawyer to join the business for 12 months.

The Opportunity

The business has been in a state of change and pace and as a result, the role is diverse. Responsibilities will include leading on a wide range of matters including TUPE, policies and procedures, grievance and disciplinary matters and well as drafting and implementing appropriate precedents. The role will work across the EMEA business with interaction with international offices. 

About You 

This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer to join a leading business for 12 months (ideally to start asap.) Broad employment experience ideally gained with a well-known law firm is key, with and in-house experience being highly regarded. You will also need to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen and the ability to work across a wide range of employment law matters, with any experience leading an M&A employment matters also being highly regarded. You will have the opportunity to work with people across the business and as a result, strong interpersonal skills are also required.
