The Role:

The firm is looking for a commercially driven Employment Solicitor to join their respected, Legal 500 ranked Employment team in Liverpool.

You will gain exposure to a diverse caseload of contentious & non-contentious Employment matters on behalf of a high calibre client base. The team acts for businesses ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations across both public and private sectors.

Whilst working alongside Partners that are individually ranked in the legal directories, you will have autonomy for your own caseload and a high level of client contact. The firm offers an exceptional platform to build a reputation and grow a client base.

This a genuinely exceptional opportunity for an Associate to join a highly regarded Employment team in Manchester. You will have a clear path to Partnership, and receive a highly competitive remuneration package.

Requirements:

  • You will be an Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to experience)
  • Have experience across contentious & non-contentious Employment Law on behalf of employers
  • You will have first-class communication skills
  • Be a commercially astute individual, and comfortable getting involved in business development
  • Able to work closely with colleagues within your team, and the wider department
