The Role

You will join a highly regarded Real Estate team as a Senior Associate in the firm's Leeds office.

The work the team undertakes is exceptional and covers a broad range of commercial property work, including acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant, and commercial leases. The Real Estate team in Manchester acts for a calibre of clients often associated with London-based firms. You can expect to be advising PLCs, financial institutions, and major investors.

As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for mentoring the junior team members and assisting with growing the firm's Manchester office. This will allow you to develop the leadership and commercial skills you need to take the step into Partnership.

Given the firm's extensive client base, business development isn't a requirement, meaning you can focus on building relationships with existing clients and providing a high-quality service.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Real Estate Solicitor between 5 - 8 years PQE
  • You will have first-class communication skills
  • Able to collaborate with colleagues departmentally and firm-wide
  • Experience gained in a respected Real Estate team
