The Role
This firm are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join their growing team based in Northamptonshire.
Dispute Resolution is at the forefront of this practice. It is a key practice area for them and their reputation in the market is built from their success and reputation in this space. The department deals with a broad array of matters in the litigation space which include civil litigation, commercial litigation, contentious probate, property litigation and more.
In this role you will be focussing on a commercial litigation caseload consisting of shareholder agreements, breach of contract, professional negligence and more.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 4 years + PQE to join a growing regional firm
- You will be passionate about dispute resolution and wish to progress in this space
