A fast growing organisation with an established in house legal department
THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity for a Solicitor c 2 -5 PQE with a commercial contracts background to join a growing legal department
The post holder will be expected to providing legal support, advice and guidance on all types of commercial/procurement contracts
As a main point of contact for the business, you will be handling the drafting and negotiation of legal agreements ranging from cloud services contracts, to goods and services agreements and NDAs
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a commercial contracts background ideally gained from working in a law firm or in house legal department
You will be looking to forge an in house career in a business facing role as part of an established and busy in house legal function
