Corporate Associate

This International Law Firm based in Doha has a reputation for client excellence and high performance while maintaining a great culture and lifestyle balance for its Lawyers. Due to growth and existing client needs, the firm is currently seeking a 4-6 years PQE Corporate Lawyer to join their team in Qatar.


This role supports superb Partners and will see you work on a range of matters mainly corporate structuring and advisory work including capital raisings, corporate governance, managed investments and mergers and acquisitions as well as financial services advisory.


The successful candidate will have an excellent academic record, first-rate inter-personal skills, specialist technical ability and a minimum of four years' high-quality and demonstrable corporate experience derived from a leading international practice.
