Commercial Associate (Funds) London

Top 10 UK law firm and international commercial team is seeking to appoint a Commercial Associate to work with financial services clients in London.

In this team you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of work for clients with a particular focus in the financial services sector including investment funds, private funds, insurance companies, banks and Asset Managers. This particular team will allow the successful candidate to work across both commercial and transactional matters, giving you the best of both worlds.

This team is headed up by a Partner who is an investment funds specialist, advising both domestic and international clients as well as supporting the pensions and corporate teams.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be between NQ and 3 years PQE (applications will also be considered from those qualifying in March 2022)
• Have a commercial seat or some experience in working with clients in the financial services sector
• Have a keen interest in establishing their career in the financial services sector
• Be very interested in getting involved in networking and business development
