The role:
This firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE to join their growing team based in Newbury, Berkshire.
You will be working on a range of commercial property matters including high quality projects for national clients. The work will consist but is not limited to commercial leases, landlord and tenant, development, acquisitions and disposals.
This role encompasses business development projects engaging with builders, estate agents and investors in the sector. Therefore, you must be able to demonstrate a genuine passion to work within commercial property space and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
· Commercial Property Solicitor NQ-2 years PQE or equivalent
· You will have strong technical knowledge across a range of real estate matters
· Excellent communication skills and a collegiate approach to working
