We have been instructed on a Corporate Counsel position by a long established US Firm in London who has recently undertaken significant growth globally. They had a stellar 2020 with growth up 20% and pep over 40%.
Corporate is a key strategic growth area for London. The team is currently 1 partner, 1 consultant and 2 associates. This role is to be the no 2 in the team. Competitive salary and up to 30% bonus.
In the US, the firm is ranked in Chambers & Partners for its Corporate Practice. They have a stellar clientele including many household names in the TMT, Media, Health and Life Science sectors. Due to a recent merger, their Financial Services capability has also been significantly enhanced.
