THE ROLE
A senior level legal expert in leveraged finance is sought and will suit a lawyer looking to transition out of a law firm into a new career at a rapidly growing research and intelligence provider.
Your role will include analysing senior facilities agreements, high yield bond documents and companies' debt structures and writing analytical reports on the same
You will work closely with other senior lawyers and financial analysts to cover primary market offerings and topical situations
The position is based in the London office with flexibility to work from home on a regular basis.
ABOUT YOU
A lawyer with 5pqe+ working in a finance and / or capital markets group at a major law firm.
You will have experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating loan agreements, intercreditor agreements and, ideally, offering memoranda, indentures and ancillary documents
The ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment with people from varied professional backgrounds is essential.
