Construction Partner – flexible location

We have been instructed on a fascinating new partner role at a boutique firm with a focus on non-contentious construction work.

Our client has a market leading position in the construction sector, and particularly where new technologies overlap with the built environment in the creation of smart buildings and smart cities. This is right at the forefront of the construction industry and arguably an area that will continue to develop quickly as we all move to new ways of working. In addition to the built environment our client also has clients amongst developers that support technology infrastructure, in areas such as data centres, fibre and masts.

The partners are seeking an experienced partner or partner level lawyer with broad non-contentious construction skills. This could be someone with a traditional built environment background acting for developers and funders or an individual moving their practice into the type of infrastructure work mentioned above. Ideally, you will have a strong existing network and be confident in the portability and loyalty of your client base. Whether you have traditional construction clients or those who are starting to apply technology solutions to their built environment projects you can be assured that this firm can provide the support, profile and platform to take your practice forward and help develop a niche in this fast-growing area.
