Associate/ Senior Associate - Technology, Data and Outsourcing

Our client has grown to become a leading global law firm with over 2,500 legal professionals operating across six continents, offering the full range of legal services which includes advising clients with respect technology law and regulation, complex IT outsourcing and procurement agreements, and data protection compliance issues that arise out of these projects.

In response to sustained activity in their London office they are looking to speak with lawyers that have 4yrs post qualified experience in advising clients on technology and outsourcing projects and, ideally, data protection related matters. This experience will have ideally been developed within a rated commercial law firm and be underpinned by a solid acacemic pedigree. 

The matters available to the successful applicant will be equally split between domestic UK and cross-border work which often involves advising on the procurement of innovative technology or new ways of using data. The team has many long-standing and well-known clients, spanning many industries, with those clients entrusting their most important technology, data and outsourcing projects to the team.

Regularly working closely with in-house legal and procurement teams on projects, as well as other key stakeholders within their clients' businesses, such as IT directors, data protection officers, heads of compliance and COOs/CEOs, the ethos of the team is to provide timely, pragmatic legal solutions that fully meets their needs.
