THE ROLE

This is an opportunity for a Solicitor c 3-5 PQE with a commercial contracts background

As a key member of an established in hosue legla team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of commercial and strategic advice to the business and the stakeholders.

The workload will be varied and will include negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, technology agreements, terms of business ans supply agreements in addition to handling general legal matters throughout EMEA.

Due to the international nature of the role, the post holder will be expected to work alongside business teams in the UK and EMEA

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exciting role within a fast growing business, applicants must have first rate technical and commercial skills, with relevant technical experience ideally gained from private practice
