Clients of the firm include the super high profile and those who wish to remain discreet and the team undertakes the full range of UK and international tax legal advice, including UK-US tax planning; trusts; asset protection structuring; and lifetime planning for high-net and ultra-high net worth individuals, families and their trustees.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years PQE with experience in private wealth and specialise in personal tax, trusts and international and domestic wealth planning.
You will have strong knowledge of both onshore and offshore tax and have a comprehensive understanding of the law surrounding trusts and asset structuring in the UK and internationally.
Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is desirable.
Experience of the UK side of US/UK tax planning is desirable though not essential.
Excellent academics and strong commercial awareness are a must.
