The Role
This well established and growing practice is looking to expand with the addition of an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team in Leicester.
This role will see you working alongside market leading individuals in the corporate commercial space. The department is home to a number of fee-earning lawyers backgrounds.
You will have a range of work including M&A, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts for regional, national clients across multiple sectors. In addition, the role will offer a broad diet of commercial work due to the recent acquisition of a new Partner.
Requirements
- You will be a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor with NQ - 5 years PQE
- You will have experience assisting / running your own caseloads
