Legal Director - Project Finance

The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity to work within this leading Projects Finance team, as either a Senior Associate or Legal Director within this top International firms Leeds office.

The Projects, Energy and Infrastructure team is well recognised a leader in the field, working all across all segments of infrastructure (transport, social infrastructure and infra tech) and energy (power/renewables and natural resources sectors.

The team is looking to strengthen on either the Senior Associate or Legal Director level with an individual across the Project Finance space. You will have a broad diet of work, including but not limited to, advising private and public sector clients, funders and consortia on the financing of projects across all sectors.

As well as advising on the structuring, drafting and negotiation of financing documents for projects up to financial close. This position has an obvious potential for growth and you will be seen as a key figure within the team.

Requirements

• You will be a qualified solicitor ideally between 5-9 Years PQE (However there is no upper limit to the position)
• Experience with Project Finance on complex matters
• Worked within a reputable Projects group
• Experience with development financial institutions and export credit agencies would be beneficial
