The Role
This position will allow the successful candidate to gain excellent exposure through working side by side with a leading Partner. This puts the candidate in an excellent position to develop their technical knowledge and commercial awareness through direct client interaction.
The work will be varied, making for an interesting role, including; Commercial leases, Landlord & Tenant, Development, Investment and Sales and purchases.
The firm are not sector agnostic and are consistently engaging with clients across a wide range of sectors. This will make for a rewarding caseload, working on transactions with a range of values. Full support will be offered on more complex matters due to the approachability of their Partners.
Requirements
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3 years + PQE
- You will be comfortable running your own Commercial Property caseload
