About the role
Daily tasks of the Residential Property Solicitor in this role will include:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Help to buy purchases
- Lease extensions
- Mortgages and re-mortgages
About You
Given the nature of the work, you will be a Residential Property Solicitor with, as a guide, at least 6 months experienced gained in Residential Property matters.
You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and due to the large volume of work you must be proficient at working in an organised and efficient manner. You will have sound drafting and negotiating skills and will thrive when working within a team on complex matters.
