THE ROLE

For a corporate solicitor who has a sound understanding of company, regulatory and contract law principles with the ability to navigate a complex regulatory environment and provide legal advice in a clear and effective manner.

The commercial and corporate team mainly focuses on the housing sector, but not exclusively.

Corporate real estate requires a significant sector knowledge and wider skills beyond those usually found in mainstream corporate.

These cover all aspects of financing and structuring, often with different tax considerations in mind and working across teams on big projects.

This is a role for a lawyer who can be creative in delivering highly complex transactions. It is a job that will be different, challenging and fun.

ABOUT YOU

Ideally 3pqe+, you will have the enthusiasm and drive to engage in and manage large complex transactions often with clients who are not necessarily corporate focused.

Your experience will give you the opportunity to develop expert status in niche areas through exposure to the wider range of sectors serviced by the team which also include public law, mainstream corporate transactions, asset management and wealth management.
