The Role:
You will join this highly ranked Banking team as an Associate in the firm's Manchester office.
You will collaborate with Partners and other senior lawyers on a range of banking and finance transactions, with a focus on Structured Finance. You will also take a hands-on role in developing the practice further and strengthening ties with existing clients. Therefore, it is an excellent opportunity to establish your name in the market.
The work you will be involved in includes asset based lending, invoice finance, and receivables finance acting for both borrower and lender clients. The team acts for major banks in the UK and Europe and investment funds, and there is often a cross-border element involved.

Requirements:
- You will be a Solicitor with at least 4 years PQE
- Ideally, you will have gained exposure to Structured Finance work, but individuals from a general Banking background will be consider
- Comfortable working in a close-knit, collaborative environment
- Willingness to get involved in business development
