Are you an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor looking to join one of the most commercially minded practices based in Surrey?
This department consists of industry leading litigators who are looking to spearhead further growth and they are looking to recruit likeminded, ambitious lawyers to join their team.

Anyone who would be moving to this firm would have excellent training.
The Role
Due to growth, this Law firm are looking for a Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their team
The firm are looking to expand their Litigation team with the addition of a Litigator with strong experience in contentious probate work. This firm are looking to expand their presence in this particular aspect of DR and are looking for someone with 2+ years' experience in this field.
Whats stands this role apart; there will be the opportunity to involve yourself in other aspects of DR ranging from civil, commercial and property should you wish to keep a varied caseload.
In this position you will be working alongside several experience partners, fee-earners and well-trained paralegals / support staff. You will be encouraged to grow your network and will be heavily invested in.
Requirements
- 6+ years relevant PQE (preferable)
- Strong Litigation experience working at a city / regional practice
- Excellent client care skills
- Commercial acumen and a track record of hitting targets
